Refund policy

Returns - Ordered Incorrectly or Return for Credit

• Returned products are required to be in brand-new condition and include the original undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including packing inserts, plastic bags please include the original receipt with the product.
• Upon contacting us customers shall receive a UPS Return label.
• Ship the items back to us within seven (7) days of receiving your label
• Your refund will be processed within 3-4 days after the item has been received and inspected at our facility. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment. 
• All items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
• Return Shipping is paid for by the customer.

• DVF CUSTOM DESIGNS does not issue credit on any made to order materials/products.

  Custom orders and/or special items are not eligible for return and/or exchange.

  All sales are FINAL on: clearance, blowout sale, special deals, or any items categorized under these descriptions. Please contact us for details.
